The General Conference of UNESCO is a biannula event, held in UNESCO headquarters in Paris. All the countries and NGOs in official relations with UNESCO can attend, and IPSF will be represented in quality of observers.

Many topics will be discussed such as higher education, education for all, bioethics, gender equity, social determinants of health …
